  My husband and I moved into our new home at the end of September last year. In the kitchen was a built in desk that had seen better years. That is being said very kindly. I had the desk pulled out and underneath was a hole in the hardwood flooring about 16 inches square. I went through an amazing number of people and places trying to find someone who could either supply the materials, or fix the hole. You can not simply buy a few feet of flooring, it comes in $100.00+ boxes. Any how. we found Chuck and he sent 2 men over to fix it and charged us nothing. I could get my new cabinet in, in time for the holidays. Now it is March and Chuck and his crew have refinished our old ugly and slightly damaged floor. Chuck had a great many samples of color to choose from and helped us choose the best. It is beautiful !
