I explained everything to Chris who walked me through every problem followed by the possible solution. Then he helped me with an additional problem on my iPhone. I explained that I was also considering buying a new macBook Pro because of the problems. Chris asked me to wait before doing that and letting their tech work through my Mac to be sure it was the MAC and not the software or the operator. When I got home I followed all instructions and my desktop is working really well. All problems seem to be operator error. Thanks Chris and MacTraders.
