He knew what we needed and supplied it; when we had no clue! He made the whole process - from deciding on a mattress, through financing - such a breeze. He is very customer oriented, and bends over backwards to make sure you are happy. The great prices were an added bonus! We highly recommend this business!

Extra thanks to Tom for scheduling a delivery that worked well with my schedule, and his overall excellent customer service from start to finish.
