  This is one of those establishments that is better visited when it is not busy. My experience during times of customer crowding have been less than exemplary. Maybe it's just that there are lots of new employees, or possibly it's the failure in training or management. This is the reason that I have withheld one star from this business. Additionally, the employees have very, very limited experience with areas of parts supply that are non non-automotive. While it is true that the name of the company is O'Reilly Auto Parts they do in fact tout themselves as suppliers of mechanical parts and hardware for all sorts of transportation equipment from motorcycles and marine to lawn mowers, snowblowers, and all manner of gasoline powered equipment. If it is not in the corporate supplied computer data, then there is a problem with the customer being understood.. In my experience if you wish to speak with someone possessing a general mechanical background you better travel further down the road. If you know exactly what you want then you will probably find it at this establishment.
